Pamela Lovelace

Pamela is a 25-year entertainment industry veteran.  Prior to starting ComLink Entertainment with Wynne Adams, she formed Lovelace Entertainment, a management and marketing company focused on independent artists and internet marketing.

Before that Pamela was Director of Marketing and Artist Services for Gaylord Cable Networks (GCN) from April 1998 to June 2001, when the parent company of Gaylord Entertainment sold the network division. GCN had cable television channels and offices in the Pacific Rim, headquartered in Sydney; Brazil, headquartered in Sao Paulo; and Latin America, headquartered in Buenos Aires.  

During this time she oversaw the re-branding of the network from CMTI to MusicCountry.  She worked with each territorial office to create cohesive consumer and trade marketing strategies and campaigns.  Pamela traveled extensively internationally and working closely with both the Argentine and Brazilian offices on these marketing initiatives as well as on general operational issues.

She was responsible for all artist-related marketing initiatives including Brazilian campaigns by Garth Brooks, Alan Jackson and Reba McEntire and an Australian NFL/MusicCountry promotional game appearance by Chris Isaak. Her duties included organizing artist marketing and retail plans, as well as detailed event coordination.

Prior to Gaylord, Pamela was Director of Label Relations at international marketing consulting firm Wilson & Associates (which became a part of Gaylord Entertainment) where her clients included BMG Records Nashville, Mercury Records Nashville, Garth Brooks and Reba McEntire.

Before joining Wilson & Associates, Pamela spent many years at the Nashville-based Country Music Association (CMA), the leading trade association for professionals in the country music industry. She was Manager of International where her duties included all aspects of international marketing as well as operational issues for the department and its international offices.
